The Launch of Aerium West – Aerium’s first regional Center for Aviation and Aerospace Innovation and Workforce Development, housed at Hosanna House’s Center for Aviation Technology and Training in Wilkinsburg, PA.
WHY is this important:
The Aerium-Hosanna House partnership is a vital step toward meeting Pennsylvania’s growing demand for aerospace STEM professionals, empowering students to pursue meaningful, well-paying careers in the state. Aerium West at Hosanna House will serve as a model for regional aviation education centers, offering teacher training, workforce development, apprenticeship blueprints, and school-to-work pathways. These centers will support K–career aviation education, career and technical programs, and adult learning initiatives, building a robust aerospace talent pipeline while expanding access to career resources and real-world opportunities for underserved youth.
